Bottle Recycling
- The Friends of Killbear initiated a recycling program for beer bottles. This program has now been expanded to include wine and liquor bottles after the province required deposits on them as well. Campers are encouraged to deposit their empty beer, wine and liquor bottles into the specially designated recycling bins located throughout the park campgrounds. Funds raised through this program are used directly to support important projects as designated by the Park Superintendent.
